The Perfect Cabin Getaway – Just Minutes from Ellicottville! We had the most amazing stay at this charming cabin just 10 minutes outside of Ellicottville, NY. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a peaceful escape into nature with all the comforts of home. The outdoor space is cozy and inviting — perfect for morning coffee or evening chats under the covered patio. Inside, the cabin is beautifully updated with a modern rustic feel. The fireplace added the perfect touch of warmth and ambiance, and every corner was thoughtfully decorated and spotless. We especially loved the spiral staircase, the open layout, and how every detail—from lighting to furniture—felt high-quality and homey. It’s a great space for couples, small families, or friends looking for a relaxing retreat close to town. If you’re planning a trip to the Ellicottville area and want something unique, peaceful, and well-designed, this cabin is it. We’re already planning our next stay!

The house was perfect for our large family. It provided enough space for everyone to have their own bit of privacy. The game room is wonderful. Everyone enjoyed playing air hockey and corn hole. Tim was an excellent host. He was very attentive and helpful. Definitely recommend and would visit again.

This place is a steal. Nestled behind some trees, right next to a small stream-this cabin was the perfect peaceful retreat for our family of four. The full kitchen was spotless with plenty of dishes, appliances, spices-everything we needed to cook dinner. The pull down Murphy bed maximized this smaller space and was very cozy. We saw plenty of fox and deer roaming through the yard and the adjacent properties. The from patio of the cabin was cozy and covered so that even on the rainy mornings we were able to sip our coffee and listen to the birds chirp. Very minimal (if any) traffic in the area. This cabin was a 10 minute drive to Ellicotville which was a sweet little town with great coffee, breweries, parks, and shopping. The host was quick to respond when we had a problem with the lock system getting in, we waited less than a minute for him to respond. The price for a week in this cabin couldn’t be beat. We would absolutely come back! The host and cabin exceeded our expectations.

Tim was an awesome host. Quick to respond and check in on us to make sure check in went smooth and that we had everything we needed. The house being right next to the stadium was awesome. We only had a short stay but Tim’s house provided everything we needed

This rental was perfect for a nice relaxing trip. We had a group of 5 and had plenty of space to sleep and operate. Tim was very helpful and responded to my questions almost immediately. The kitchen was stocked with almost every utensil that you can think of which is rare with airbnbs. Could not have had a better experience. Would recommend this place to anybody.

Amazing place. Game room is amazing and perfect to kill time. Great restraunts very close by. Neighborhood and Bills parking lot are nice for running. Tim gave his personal number for quick and easy communication. Perfect place to stay!

We enjoyed staying here! It was right across from Holiday Valley and close to town. We could walk to everything. It was perfect for wedding party to stay at. Tim was very helpful and responded quickly when we had a question. I definitely recommend staying here!

we absolutely loved staying at tims cabin. it smelled and felt clean. very cozy and nice. Tum was very responsive and made sure our stay was good. we would definitely recommend him as a host and enjoyed our time and this wonderful place.

Absolutely beautiful home! It was so clean. As a woman traveling with kids alone, I felt completely safe staying in this home. An hour to Niagara Falls or Erie Beach. My family had the best vacation ever. Being able to come back to a peaceful place to rest our heads was wonderful! If we are ever up this way again, we will absolutely rent this home.

The Cabin was great, beautiful place with a creek in the back, it is peaceful, lots of wild life. It is the perfect place to relax, unwind and recharge. The cabin has everything you need.
